how do i join? once you make your first order, i will send you a loyalty card with your package when it ships. for all subsequent orders, i will include a sticker so you can continue filling your card. with your 6th order, I’ll send you the password to redeem your reward!

what if i’ve already ordered from your shop? since this is a new program, i'll send all previous customers a loyalty card with their next order, pre-filled with the amount of orders they’ve previously made.

why is my loyalty card is missing some of my orders? i manage the loyalty card system manually and i do my best to keep track of everything, but i may sometimes miss something (especially if there’s a change of name or address)! if i have missed any of your orders, please let me know via the contact form on my site so i can make the necessary changes.

i lost my card, can i still redeem rewards? you can! i'll still be keeping track of orders, so you can request a replacement card to be sent with your next order and it will come pre-filled with all your orders to date.

can i use my loyalty card at in-person events? at the moment, the loyalty card can only be used for online orders because it is hard to manage the system otherwise.
